A great start of your career!

Did you ever consider a position as a trainee in a nuclear facility? Do you want to contribute to our mission to help 30,000 people a day with medical isotopes? You want to be part of our new to be build nuclear facility, Pallas? The trainee program of NRGǀPALLAS is aimed at developing your talents for a kick start of your career. We offer you a variety of project-based work within different teams and working on complicated Cases (brain teasers). In addition, there is a lot of space and attention for personal development and education.

In addition to on-the-job development, the program includes personal development and coaching. Together with a coach you draw up a personal development plan (PDP). This can include matters such as training in the field of personal effectiveness, communication, advisory and consulting skills, impact and presentation skills or even more substantive training.

Twice a year

The trainee program starts twice a year with a group of five University Beta graduates (in February and September) and is divided into 6 blocks. Each quarter consists of one theme course/training and various regularly recurring elements such as working on cases, intervision and coaching. Each quarter ends with a social event.
